Cross Reference Specialist

This is a great opportunity to join us as a Cross Reference Specialist in our Office from Bucharest!

Purpose of the role:

As a Cross Reference Specialist, you will be a key player in managing, analyzing and optimizing our OE and Competitor cross references in our product information system. You will Identify gaps on key competitor and OE numbers and work with product managers and engineering to improve the data ensuring accuracy, consistency, quality. A good cross supports easy TecDoc searches, proper price setting, better offers and timely answers to tender bids, hence you will be participating in direct value creation for DRiV and our customers.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain cross-reference data for both OE (original equipment) and key competitors by analyzing data, working with product and engineering to identify products which are the same, or fit with differences in accessories or quality level.
• Support sales team in competitive bid situations to win new business
• Support pricing team in complete and correct crosses to allow price setting and repositioning.
• Maintain OE crosses during the life cycle of the vehicle as OE numbers get updated and align with product team and engineering on the most effective validation process.
• Proactively work on reporting KPIs, identifying gaps in the cross-reference data and drive small projects to improve in alignment with the strategy and initiatives.
• Prepare monthly reports and prove metrics on status and improvement on cross-reference KPIs and initiatives.
• Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Support Product team with data driven insights.

What you'll have to bring:

• Analytical minset with high attention to detail
• Self-motivated and ability to work as part of a cross-funtional team
• Strong Proficiency in Excel, PBI and/or other database tools
• Experience in PIM systems, catalogue systems or Tecdoc is a plus
