Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading all aspects of global supply chain modeling, covering distribution, manufacturing footprint, transportation, and inventory.
  • Leads the development of transportation performance and reporting to track, measure, and flag key indicators to evaluate the health of global business processes.
  • Performs and communicates comprehensive exploratory analysis to understand drivers, impacts, and key influences on decision-making within each subprocess.
  • Serves as a key interface between cross-functional teams and, similarly, liaises with the finance team to validate information and proposals.
  • Identifies gaps between business strategy and supply chain performance.
  • Identifies and facilitates the execution of synergy opportunities across extended supply chain functions.
  • Understands key performance levers (on-time delivery, cost, trailer/container utilization feasibility, etc.) and seeks solutions to improve these metrics.
  • Defines and executes project plans under the guidance of project managers or engagement leaders.
  • Develops the carrier scorecard report.
  • Provides technical support when users are unable to access established reports.
  • Responsibly maintains dashboards related to BI spending, air freight approval processes, transportation platform, department SharePoint, compliance, and invoice fee monitoring.
  • Will serve as the lead to develop and maintain PowerBI Database

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) is considered a plus.
  • Experience or knowledge in supply chain planning and design
  • 3–5 years of experience as a data analyst
  • 2 years of experience in implementing analysis-driven outcomes in supply chain or logistics
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of PowerBI or similar tools
  • Strong process, analytical, and problem-solving skills – applies and executes formal techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of transportation rate structure, supply chain management, process development, and manufacturing operations
  • Ability to develop analyses and work with frontline managers to implement changes driven by analytical outcomes
