Mission

DRiV HR Technology team is seeking a highly motivated and organized People Analytics and Reporting Manager to lead our reporting team. As the leader of this team, you will serve as a key owner for the people reporting and analytics and you will play a critical role in defining and executing DRiV's people data reporting and analytics roadmap. This role specializes in audits, and documentation related to reporting and HR dashboard systems for executive-level HR leaders.
The ideal candidate will manage multiple detail-oriented, analytical, and technical tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information.

 

 

What you will do:

  • Design, program, document, and maintain reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors query tools and Power BI.
  • Analyze and work with large volumes of data from multiple sources.
  • Maintain and deliver reports within the reporting portfolio.
  • Manage data confidentiality in accordance with established security and privacy standards.
  • Combine data sets including but not limited to employee turnover, performance management, recruitment, and training data to develop statistical composites that provide effective data driven insights and predictions on our employee population.
  • Develop and deliver reports for annual HR programs like Performance and goal management, Bonus and merit calculations.
  • Understand HR system security policies and practices; ensure all reported data complies with these policies.
  • Proactively identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements, and confidently present proposals to the team.
  • Address change management issues related to process improvement proactively.
  • Provide end-user training in reporting and ensure stakeholder access whenever possible.
  • Manage small internal projects with oversight; lead meetings, provide regular project updates, meet deadlines, and use influence skills to drive project progress.
  • Oversee a team of reporting analysts to develop reporting to support and track strategic initiatives that directly improve business outcomes.

 

 

What you'll have to bring:

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR technology with focus on reporting and analytics with a minimum of 2 years of owning and managing a team.
  • Technical knowledge of HR systems such as Successfactors, and SAP.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Azure, Tableau, Successfactors Crystal reports, or other BI tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills to be able to combine multiple reports and produce reports using multiple data sources.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Previous management experience in Successfactors HR Analytics and reporting and managing a team.
  • Experience with reporting in Successfactors Employee central, recruitment, Onboarding, and compensation modules.

 Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelors degree in Information sciences or HR related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of HRIS reporting and analytics experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years managerial experience.
