SAP SD-OTC&WM Analyst

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Analyst with strong expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (SD/OTC) and Warehouse Management (SAP WM) to join our Global SAP Team.
In this role, you will lead across EMEA region the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP solutions across sales, distribution, logistics, and warehouse operations. Acting as a key liaison between business and IT teams, you will drive global projects, system integrations, process improvements, and SAP deployments within a complex manufacturing environment. Experience in automotive manufacturing is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Project Delivery & Solution Design

• Lead SAP implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects from requirements gathering through go-live and hypercare.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Prepare and validate functional specifications, solution designs, configurations, and testing documentation.
• Ensure solutions comply with global templates, governance standards, and SAP best practices.
• Coordinate activities with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

SAP SD / Order-to-Cash

• Design and support end-to-end OTC processes, including: Order Management; EDI Integration; Consignment Processes; Pricing & Rebates; Delivery & Shipping Execution; Billing; Output Determination; ATP & Rescheduling; Intercompany and Third-Party Scenarios.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across global operations.
• Support business users in resolving complex process and system issues.

Warehouse Management & Logistics

• Lead SAP WM initiatives supporting warehouse and logistics operations.
• Improve and support inbound, outbound, inventory, putaway, picking, and physical inventory processes.
• Ensure warehouse solutions are aligned with manufacturing, supply chain, and customer fulfillment requirements.
• Support production logistics, material flow, and line-feeding processes.
• Participate in warehouse system deployment, commissioning, operational readiness, and stabilization activities.

Integration, Testing & Support:

• Collaborate with MM, PP, FI/CO, ABAP, Basis, and integration teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Support integration with Transportation Management, MES, warehouse automation, and third-party logistics systems.
• Lead integration testing, regression testing, UAT, cutover activities, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and drive root-cause resolution.
• Identify risks, process gaps, and opportunities for automation and optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP SD/OTC and experience in SAP WM.
• Proven track record delivering SAP implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support projects.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments; automotive industry experience is an advantage.
• Deep knowledge of SAP SD/OTC, including order management, pricing, deliveries, billing, logistics execution, and EDI integrations.
• Deep understanding of Availability Check, Batch Management, Rebates. 
• Experience with SAP WM, supporting inbound, outbound, inventory, and warehouse operations. Experience with integration of SAP with external WMS systems (including 3PLs) is also an advantage. 
• Strong experience in end-to-end solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
•  Familiarity with SAP integrations across Supply Chain and Manufacturing environments (MM, PP, FI/CO, MES, Transportation Management, warehouse automation, SAP ECC/S/4HANA).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Analytical problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
