Senior PowerBI Analytics Engineer

What you will do:

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytics and reporting. 
• Fostering best practices in data visualization, coding, testing, and documentation. 
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security across all data platforms
• Collaborate with analysts and other business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Set technical direction for dataviz projects which enable data driven insights balancing and complexity.
• Optimize performance and scalability of data systems to meet business growth.
• Drive automation and standardization in data workflows to improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely and correct communication of business metrics

What will make you successful:

• Proven ability to deliver and optimize reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI.
• Project management experience.
• Proficiency in DAX, SQL, Python, R and Power Platform.
• Analytical mindset –break down complex data problems into structured solutions.
• Business-oriented thinker – understands the impact of data solutions on business goals and decision making.
