Join our DRiV team and take on the role of Senior HR Technology Analyst!

 

This position will work closely with the HR Technology team and HR Leaders to execute the enterprise strategy for Employee Central and connected SuccessFactors modules. You will provide direction and subject matter expertise to internal teams related to SuccessFactors and partner with others on projects.  You should be familiar with HR business practices and the technologies supporting those activities, and will lead the analysis, design, maintenance, and improvement of them as required.  You’ll work with large amounts of data to draw conclusions and make recommendations to translate complex business needs into technology or process solutions. You’ll also research, resolve and proactively minimize issues, both independently and with internal stakeholders. You will be part of a team focused on enterprise HR Technology, reporting to the HR Technology Sr. Manager.

 

What you will do:

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to defining requirements, configure, testing, and deploy solutions in SuccessFactors.
  • Follow a standard process for work intake, prioritization, change control, and execution.  Take ownership at each stage to minimize risk and ensure a successful launch.
  • Monitor internal stakeholder and team activity, questions, and challenges to identify trends and work with leadership on opportunities for enhancements, documentation, clarification, and/or communications.
  • Develop and maintain applicable reports, summarize findings via presentations in response to requests from the business.
  • Understand complex HR business practices and technology and act as technology steward.
  • Adherence to governance standards, policy, and process, including data security and privacy requirements.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders, including leading HR system discussions with team members and vendor representatives to achieve desired expectations and goals.
  • Manage multiple projects, simultaneously, in partnership with business sponsors including the identification of scope, constraints, deliverables, timelines along with facilitating project tracking and status meetings.
  • Provide support to end-users for level 2+ support.
  • Provide immediate assistance when application issues prevent timely completion of critical operations.
  • Proactively identify, eliminate, or address issues and take corrective actions to ensure full resolution and issue closure.
  • Effectively deliver online and in-person training and enablement as required to a global audience.

 

 

What you'll have to bring:

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Helpful to have experience with integrations to/from SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in Information Technology, HR Technology, ERP/HR applications, or digital design preferred.
  • Integration with SAP HR.
  • Helpful to have experience in other SuccessFactors modules including Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Succession, and Learning.
  • On premise SAP Payroll, SAP integrations (interfaces) would be a plus.

 

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Organizing and managing multiple competing urgent priorities
  • Organizing self and able to manage time efficiently, and work with other HR Tech and HR team members.
  • Make good decisions independently.
  • Meet commitments with little follow-up and proactively communicate status and action updates on responsible items.

 

 Education and Experience:

  • You have a minimum 6+ years of HRIS experience and familiarity with HR policies and practices.
  • Minimum of 4 + years working on Successfactors Employee central and other SF modules.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Information systems or related field.
  • Experience of working on a Global HRIS system.
  • Strong Organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • High learning agility, able to adapt quickly to new systems, processes and tools.
  • Working in a fast paced environment.
