Production Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise employees to carry out production tasks, rationally allocate and utilize resources, and complete production tasks under the premise of ensuring quality.
• Responsible for production schedule, personnel deployment, attendance, and assessment.
• Responsible for quality control, 5S and EHS work on production site.
• Update production-related data and reports in time.
• Responsible for solving the abnormal situation in the production site or communicating with relevant departments for support and joint solution.
• Train new workers on company operating procedures and standards.
• Comply with company EHS requirements to ensure compliance with ISO14001, IATF16949 & ISO45001 requirements.
