Marketing Manager – Automotive Aftermarket (Brazil)

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager for the Automotive Aftermarket business in Brazil is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, accelerate demand generation, and support commercial growth across all distribution channels. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, and Regional Marketing to ensure strong customer engagement, market share expansion, and alignment with business objectives.

 

Key Objectives of the Role

• Define brand positioning and go-to-market strategies tailored to Brazil’s aftermarket ecosystem, key distributors, and retail channels.

• Identify target audiences, market opportunities, and channel-specific marketing plans with measurable objectives.

• Lead the development and execution of end-to-end marketing programs, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Leverage customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry data to develop winning marketing strategies.

• Ensure continuous performance measurement through analytics across multiple platforms to optimize campaigns and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction for advertising, campaigns, and public-facing communications (print, digital, video, POS materials).

• Design and execute multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging across distributors, retailers, end users, and B2B channels.

• Manage marketing content, website updates, sales collateral, internal communications, and brand assets, ensuring compliance with global brand guidelines.

• Manage the regional marketing budget, timelines, and agency relationships; coordinate participation in trade shows, expos, trainings, and customer events.

• Gather and interpret customer and market insights to improve outreach strategies, enhance customer engagement, and increase qualified leads for the commercial team.

• Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing activities, ensuring alignment with business KPIs and recommending optimization strategies.

• Present proposals, campaign results, and budget recommendations to local and regional senior leadership.

• Support product launches (NPI/NPLI), pricing promotions, and customer activation plans with integrated marketing and communication strategies.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated success developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns, ideally in automotive, industrial

• Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external audiences.

• Strong project management capability, ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, and strong decision-making skills.

• Data-driven marketing mindset with a strong understanding of customer segmentation, funnel management, and campaign analytics.

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and digital performance tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, RD Station).

 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, paid media, social media strategy, and content development.

• Experience working with distributors and retail channels in the automotive aftermarket is highly preferred.

• Proven success designing interactive applications, landing pages, or engagement platforms.

• Availability to travel for customer visits, trade events, and regional meetings.

• Established media and agency network in Brazil is a plus.

• Spanish is a plus due to interaction with broader Latin America regional teams.
