  • Integration Management: 
    • Ensure the identification and resolution of issues within the Program.
    • Ensure a high level of integration and collaboration with plants and Launch Managers within the program, as well as alignment with program team members across Engineering, Sales, Finance, Quality, and Purchasing.
    • Adopt a proactive approach and "verify" the Program status by personally visiting plants and suppliers at appropriate times.
    • Ensure the effectiveness of Program Team meetings and Customer meetings.
    • Ensure effective communication with the Program Team; act as the central point of communication for assigned programs.
    • Ensure adherence to launch performance metrics (0-0-100-100-30) and meet Customer launch dates, while also monitoring the program's financial health.
    • Manage the Program Team from Gate 1 (Stage 2) through Gate 7
    • Manage the Quoting Team during Stage 2
  • Risk and Project Scope Management: 
    • Ensure effective and timely scope management—with an emphasis on customer scope changes—and execute the scope change and approval process. 
    • Ensure program trade-off analysis, balancing costs, timing, product, and resources.
    • Identify program risks early, develop and execute mitigation strategies, and carry out the "Red Flag" process.
    • Escalate risks and mitigation strategies to leadership in a timely manner.
  • Time and Resource Management:
    • Create high-quality schedules developed in collaboration with the Program Team, ensuring effective buy-in from all functional areas.
    • Ensure zero days of delay for all Gates.
    • Meet all Program milestones by the Customer's deadlines and with the required quality.
  • Cost and 
    • Financial Management:
    • Ensure all financial objectives and targets for the program are met.
    • Verify that all CARs and business cases are consistent and achievable.
    • Ensure effective and logical financial roadmaps are executed.
  • Project Quality:
    • Ensure quality objectives and roadmaps are developed and executed through program teams.
    • Ensure all quality objectives for all programs are met.
  • Project Contracts:
    • Ensure timely sourcing with high-quality suppliers.
    • Ensure proper completion of "make or buy" decisions.
    • Ensure timely PPAP for purchased components.
    • Visit critical suppliers at appropriate stages of the program alongside program team members.
