Snr Supply Chain Analyst- (Cajamar)

The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for planning and executing logistics operations in the distribution center, with a focus on billing, inventory control, and logistics planning. This professional will work to ensure the accuracy of processes, cost optimization and compliance with deadlines, contributing to the efficiency and productivity of the operation

 Main Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management and Planning

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels, ensuring product availability and avoiding overruns or stockouts.
• Control incoming and outgoing goods movements.
• Perform demand and consumption analysis to optimize product replenishment.
• Implement and monitor cyclical and annual inventory strategies to ensure accuracy.
• Work with inventory turnover, coverage and lead time indicators.

2. Billing and Administrative Proceedings

• Responsible for the order invoicing process, ensuring that tax documents are issued correctly and on time.
• Analyze and correct possible divergences in invoices (taxation, CFOP, tax rates).
• Support to the financial area in the conference of invoices and logistics cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory standards in invoicing and shipping.

3. Logistics Planning and Operational Support

• Coordinate the planning and control of the distribution of goods to meet deadlines and minimize costs.
• Analyze logistics flows, proposing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support in the definition of routes, modes of transport and negotiation with suppliers.
• Monitor performance indicators (OTIF, SLA, logistics costs, order cycle time).

4. Continuous Improvement and Strategic Analysis

• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor logistics KPIs.
• Implement best practices and optimizations in logistics processes.
• Act in the standardization and automation of processes to ensure greater productivity.
