Job Description: Customer Service Agent - Garage Guru Technician
Location: Tlalnepantla - Centrum MX
Reports to: Garage Guru Technician
Duties:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing technical issues, and providing troubleshooting assistance.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to identify opportunities and enhance products.
- Supporting a range of products for Light, Medium, & HD trucks as well as Off-Highway equipment, Passenger cars, and High-Performance vehicles.

Required Skills/Experience:
- 4+ years as Class 4-8 truck, or passenger car and light truck service technician or 7+ years as parts specialist.
- Strong understanding of vehicle/equipment systems, components, and diagnostic procedures.
- Ability to gather, organize, and present data gained from interactions.
- Proficiency in PC skills such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, and relevant diagnostic tools.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience in dealership or independent repair shop environment.
- Experience with customer contact and conflict resolution.
- Strong PC skills that include knowledge of PowerPoint, Power BI, Word, and SharePoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
Preferred Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or a graduate of an automotive technical program.
- ASE Master certification.
