Job Description: Customer Service Agent - Garage Guru Technician

Location: Tlalnepantla - Centrum MX

Reports to: Garage Guru Technician

Duties:

  1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, addressing technical issues, and providing troubleshooting assistance.
  2. Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering and product development, to identify opportunities and enhance products.
  3. Supporting a range of products for Light, Medium, & HD trucks as well as Off-Highway equipment, Passenger cars, and High-Performance vehicles.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 4+ years as Class 4-8 truck, or passenger car and light truck service technician or 7+ years as parts specialist.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle/equipment systems, components, and diagnostic procedures.
  • Ability to gather, organize, and present data gained from interactions.
  • Proficiency in PC skills such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, and relevant diagnostic tools. 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in dealership or independent repair shop environment.
  • Experience with customer contact and conflict resolution.
  • Strong PC skills that include knowledge of PowerPoint, Power BI, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

 

Preferred Education/Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in automotive technology or a graduate of an automotive technical program.
  • ASE Master certification.
