Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Cash & Net Working Capital (NWC) Analyst to support and drive visibility into cash performance and working capital optimization across the business. This role will focus on analyzing cash flow drivers, monitoring key working capital metrics, and partnering with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement in receivables, payables, and inventory.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in finance or accounting, understands the key levers of working capital management, and is comfortable communicating with stakeholders across finance, operations, and supply chain. Professional-level English fluency is required to support regional and global collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze key working capital metrics (DSO, DPO, inventory turns, cash conversion cycle) across business units and locations.
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts; track actual performance against forecast and identify variances.
- Collaborate with AR, AP, and inventory management teams to develop initiatives that improve cash flow and working capital efficiency.
- Support cash and working capital reporting for regional and global finance leadership.
- Participate in monthly working capital reviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Assist in identifying cash optimization opportunities across the value chain.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into working capital and cash performance.
- Support compliance with internal policies and corporate reporting requirements related to liquidity and cash flow.
- Assist in special projects or initiatives related to treasury, cash management, or operations finance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in finance, treasury, or working capital analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational company.
- Strong understanding of working capital components and cash flow forecasting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Fluency in professional-level English is required for effective communication with global teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment.
