GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The SAP Vendor Analyst will directly report to the Vendor Master Manager.  The SAP Vendor Analyst will act as the primary SAP Vendor support by maintaining the supplier vendor master through mass updates, data cleansing, analyses, supplier additions, supplier deletions, reporting and nd following up on audits..

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Ensure the supplier database is maintained accurately and promptly.

 

  • Execute routine procure-to-pay tasks within the ERP (SAP) system, covering all aspects of vendor master maintenance, including adding and deleting vendors, and setting up records

  • Conduct mass updates to the supplier database as required.

  • Develop work instructions and provide training and support to new SAP analysts as necessary to help manage the workload, as requested by the team manager.

  • Assist with data cleansing efforts as part of the broader enterprise-wide SAP implementation. 

 

  • Analyze data to identify issues and carry out manual cleanup activities.

  • Generate reports, post or verify various items from original sources, and resolve issues as needed.

  • Uphold purchasing policies concerning changes in payment terms, supplier deletions, and additions.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all policies, processes, and procedures related to procure-to-pay as established by the department.

 

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business / Materials Management or Logistics / Information Technology / other related field required.

 

EXPERIENCE:

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in ERP (SAP) related work.

• Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking.

• Skilled in Excel, databases, and knowledgeable in SQL queries
