SCOPE OF THE POSITION: Guarantee the availability of the product for sale, with a goal of at least 95% of FR; also complying with the inventory policy.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES: SAISA's management systems determine the following roles, responsibilities and authorities for this position:   

• Requirements planning
• Execution of the purchase
• Supplier Tracking
• Traffic Tracking
• Track availability in stock
• Inventory Plan Execution and Compliance

FUNCTIONS REQUIRED BY THE COMPANY:

For all staff:

• Comply with the objectives and requirements of the Environment, Safety and Health system.
• To commit ourselves to preventing the contamination of the internal and external environment of our facilities, to work safely and to meet the satisfaction of our customers.
• Make reasonable use of natural resources and work for their conservation.
• It is responsible for safeguarding its physical integrity and that of its employees, team and environment.
• Comply with the requirements of the Quality System (ISO9001) and MASS (ISO 14001) in their current versions.
• This document is part of the documented information required to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:v. current standard
• Serve as a Facilitator of the training processes related to their area.
• Actively participate in the fulfillment of the Quality and MASS policy and objectives, within the activities of their position.
• All the activities required by the position must be carried out through strict compliance with the procedures and policies established by the company.

For Managers, Bosses, Leaders and Auditors:

• Support decision-making so that the objectives set in terms of the Environment, Safety and Health are met.
• Be responsible for safeguarding our physical integrity and that of our colleagues, equipment, assigned tools and provide a safe work environment for employees and visitors.
• He is responsible for identifying and making immediate decisions in relation to acts and conditions that impact safety and the environment, reporting it in a timely manner to his immediate supervisor or to the MASS area.

JOB PROFILE

EDUCATION:                           Minimum Bachelor's Degree/Engineering (Industrial or related)

LANGUAGE:                          

Advanced English; able to establish business conversations

Portuguese optional.

EXPERIENCE:                         Minimum 4 years in the position, specifically in: negotiation, purchasing, planning, follow-up.
