In this role you’ll be supporting our Driv business. Driv is one of the premier aftermarket suppliers globally. With some of the best-known brands in the industry, we serve everyone from major OEM’s to the backyard mechanics and everything in between.

Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as the dedicated recruitment partner for the Driv Business, leading full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategy for the region’s most critical searches. This role combines hands-on sourcing and selection with strategic partnership to ensure Driv attracts, hires, and retains top talent aligned with business priorities and culture.As a member of the plant management team you are contributing to all KPIs of the plant and driving people engagement and accountability.

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all critical roles within the Driv Business region, from intake through onboarding
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Partner closely with Driv business leaders and HR to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and shape hiring profiles.
  • Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
  • Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to inform talent strategy and improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience and promote Tenneco’s employer brand throughout all touchpoints.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Key requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive sectors.
  • Demonstrated success managing critical and specialized searches.
  • Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.
