Job Summary
The Senior Director / GM, OSE – Commercial LATAM & Mexico acts as a strategic execution leader partnering closely with the regional Commercial teams to drive key growth initiatives, accelerate commercial performance, and improve operational efficiencies across the aftermarket business.
This role does not own the commercial P&L, but instead enables and strengthens it through disciplined program management, data‑driven decision support, cross‑functional alignment, and execution excellence.
The leader will oversee the regional portfolio of OSE initiatives—including commercial process improvements, customer‑focused execution programs, pricing and margin enablement projects, demand/supply execution alignment, and strategic business simplification.
The position ensures that strategic intentions become operational reality by partnering deeply with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams throughout the LATAM/Mexico region.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Program Leadership
- Lead the OSE Commercial execution agenda for LATAM/Mexico, ensuring alignment with the OSE Americas roadmap and regional commercial priorities.
- Oversee a portfolio of initiatives focused on revenue growth, commercial process improvement, SKU/category optimization, and customer value creation.
- Facilitate disciplined project governance, ensuring projects meet defined milestones, resource plans, ROI, and timelines.
- Translate strategy into actionable execution plans with clear deliverables, owners, and success metrics.
Commercial Growth & Market Enablement
- Partner with regional Commercial teams to identify and activate initiatives that expand distribution, improve win rates, strengthen channel programs, and accelerate aftermarket growth.
- Support commercial execution improvements, including customer onboarding, order‑to‑delivery efficiency, sales process enhancement, and coverage optimization.
- Collaborate with Sales and Category teams to support launch execution, promotional effectiveness, and customer program deployment.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work cross‑functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT, and Category Management to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
- Drive alignment between commercial priorities and operational realities, ensuring supply chain, pricing, and product availability support growth.
- Act as the central integrator across teams, ensuring clarity, communication, and execution discipline.
Data, Analytics, and Performance Tracking
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track initiative progress, commercial performance trends, and project outcomes.
- Leverage analytics to identify opportunities for efficiency, commercial improvement, and revenue/margin expansion.
- Provide structured reporting to regional Commercial leaders and OSE Americas leadership, highlighting risks, opportunities, and required actions.
Continuous Improvement & Operational Efficiency
- Identify and lead process‑improvement opportunities across the commercial ecosystem (e.g., pricing execution, account management workflows, sales processes, forecasting alignment).
- Drive adoption of best practices and standard work across LATAM/Mexico commercial teams.
- Ensure scalability, repeatability, and sustainability of improvements through structured methodologies and change management.
Leadership & Influence
- Lead cross‑functional project teams without direct authority, influencing outcomes through expertise, communication, and structured governance.
- Champion a culture of execution, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coach regional teams on project discipline, commercial analytics, and execution excellence.
Qualifications
