Accounts Payable Accountant

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join us as an Accounts Payable Accountant in our finance team in Gliwice.

Key responsibilities:

• Verify and process incoming invoices, including PO and non-PO invoices in a timely manner,
• Perform regular analysis over supplier accounts,
• Resolve all payables related issues with internal and external stakeholders,
• Ensure compliance with statutory accounting policies, rules, regulation, and laws,
• Support in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting according to local GAAPs,
• Ensure all intercompany invoices are posted in a timely manner,
• Review and control reconciliation of GR/IR accounts,
• Support internal and external audit requirements.

What will make you successful:

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Accounting or Finance area,
• Good knowledge of polish invoice requirements and VAT regulations,
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English any Polish,
• University degree in accounting or related field preferred,
• Highly organized, with a focus on attention to detail,
• Strong commitment and self-motivation,
• Team player, dynamic personality, positive attitude,
• Proactive work towards set goals, a problem-solving mindset.
