Buyer - New Product Line Introductions

As a Buyer – New Product Line Introductions, you will work at the intersection of innovation and operational excellence, collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to align purchasing with product schedules. This position plays a critical role in maintaining supply chain stability, managing supplier relationships, and achieving cost savings in a highly competitive marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying, negotiating and managing relationships with local and global suppliers;
• Ensuring that suppliers meet quality, cost and delivery standards for aftermarket shock absorbers;
• Collaborating cross-functionally to align sourcing with production schedules;
• Assessing risks, geopolitical analysis and minimizing supply chain disruptions;
• Identifying cost savings opportunities without compromising quality;
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations;

What will make you successful

Higher education (technical);

Over 7 years of experience in commodity purchasing (automotive);

Knowledge of English (min. B2);

Proficiency in supply chain tools and global sourcing strategies;

Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills;

Technical knowledge of automotive products, especially shock absorbers - an asset;
