Join DRiV’s HR Technology team as an HR Data Analyst and be at the heart of data-driven decision-making. In this role, you’ll support our global people analytics and reporting strategy, enabling executive leaders to make smarter, faster HR decisions. You’ll work across systems and data sources to create meaningful insights while ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
As a key team member, you’ll:
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
- Transform and create data models.
- Analyze large data sets and support key HR programs such as performance and goal management, bonus, and merit planning.
- Maintain a reporting portfolio and deliver accurate, timely insights to internal stakeholders.
- Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with HR data security standards.
- Drive process improvements and assist in change management initiatives.
- Provide end-user support and training for HR reporting tools.
- Lead small internal projects, manage timelines, and present progress confidently.
What you will need:
- 2-3 years previous experience in reporting/analytics and proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot and other BI tools.
- Advanced Excel skills for managing and combining complex data sets.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience with SuccessFactors HR Analytics & Reporting is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, or a related field.
