SUMMARY:
Product Manager is responsible for driving assigned product line strategy development and implementation across different functional of EMEA organization. Ensure market growth of respective product lines in terms of revenue, profitability, volume and market share across EMEA.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market strategies for products in the EMEA region;
  • Analyze the aftermarket and monitor its trends and dynamics;
  • Collect and interpret market data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks;
  • Prepare business analyses and strategic plans for new product initiatives;
  • Conduct competitive analysis and define product positioning and value propositions;
  • Support pricing strategy development and product profitability analysis;
  • Closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations to align product development with market needs;
  • Monitor product performance and initiate corrective actions to optimize market results;
  • Co-create market segmentation and support sales forecasting for new and existing products;
  • Participate in customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events to strengthen brand visibility;
  • Ensure alignment of activities with customer expectations and market potential across segments.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or Engineering (MBA is a plus);
  • Experience in market strategy or product management within the automotive aftermarket industry;
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and strategic planning processes;
  • Fluent English and proficiency in at least one major European language;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage;
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (up to 25% of working time);
  • Strong market analysis and strategic thinking skills;
  • Effective communication and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and results orientation;
  • Negotiation skills and problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and demonstrate flexibility.
