DRiV is the aftermarket business group of Tenneco - DRiV website

This role serves as a Tier 2 Administrator and main point of contact for complex transactions, critical errors, and undocumented situations within the HR system.

Plays a leadership role by providing direction within the assigned region. Responsibilities are varied, but the role primarily involves coordinating the daily workload of the operational team, driving process improvements, and supporting team development.

Responsible for data processing within the Human Resources department, including the entry, maintenance, auditing, and processing of sensitive HRIS data across various systems (SAP SuccessFactors and others).

Ensures investigation, resolution, and documentation of new cases to maintain data integrity, operational excellence, accuracy, and timely processing.

Contributes to the implementation of the HR Services strategy to support the HR department and its related internal processes.

Collaborates directly with local HR partners to investigate complex or ambiguous cases and ensures that employee data is accurate and up to date.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Plans resources and supervises and coordinates the performance of the team in the assigned region, workload, and productivity
  • Provides guidance to team members to manage the outcomes of HR operations and the daily operational workflow
  • Performs quality checks on key/critical transactions processed by the team, as defined in the SLA
  • Provides support in resolving complex issues related to the use of HR technology systems; acts as an escalation point for situations beyond the team’s capabilities and/or for ticket redistribution to COE teams
  • Provides support and documentation for compensation and benefits administration processes, leave management, payroll, promotions/demotions/transfers, and ad hoc salary changes
  • Ensures timely and accurate processing of transactions (individually or via mass uploads), including but not limited to employee lifecycle transactions
  • Collaborates with local HR team members to support complex transaction processing activities in accordance with company standards and processes. Assists team members with issues, concerns, or questions related to employee data, job positions and roles, compensation, and payments administration
  • Manages, monitors, and closes cases in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and escalates complex cases when needed
  • Audits and identifies areas for improving data integrity
  • Participates in all meetings where their function is required (daily meetings, as applicable, weekly/monthly meetings, etc.)
  • Assists in creating or updating internal training tools and process manuals for team members to maximize the efficient use of SAP SuccessFactors
  • Uses functional and technical knowledge to provide end users with general guidance and informal training, as needed
  • Maintains a high level of familiarity with all HR technology systems, using them as required, evaluating their effectiveness, and making improvement recommendations
  • Participates in and/or leads process transitions and/or defines, documents, and implements new processes that become part of the HRS service portfolio
  • Ensures compliance with DRiV data administration rules, security standards, GDPR, and HR policies and procedures
  • Actively represents the team when interacting with the client, other departments, and senior management
  • Remains informed of all client communications and changes within the organization and keeps the team up to date

 

What will make you successful

  • University degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module is preferred
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HR data administration within EMEA and working with HRIS systems
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or other SF modules, as well as SAP
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written
  • Advanced/intermediate knowledge (minimum B2 level) of another foreign language beside English
  • Data entry skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems or other relevant applications
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Advanced Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, Visio, Microsoft Project Management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact and communicate effectively across DRiV (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to learn HRIS and case management systems; openness to skill enhancement to meet changing work conditions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
