Job Summary:
Plans, schedules, and coordinates industrial maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. Acts as the primary liaison between maintenance, operations, and external vendors to source, procure, and expedite parts and services. Focuses on job readiness by ensuring all materials, tools, and documentation are available so planned maintenance work can be completed efficiently in a single execution whenever possible.

- Sources, orders, and expedites parts, materials, and services required for industrial maintenance activities and coordinates equipment repairs with maintenance leads and supervisors.
- Develops, maintains, and improves systems to track application‑specific spare parts and critical inventory stored in the parts crib.
- Provides on‑call support and technical coordination as needed to support critical equipment repairs, outages, and time‑sensitive maintenance projects.
- Partners with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure all equipment documentation remains current, including blueprints, schematics, manuals, and vendor information.
- Supports and reinforces proper use of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), providing user guidance, training, and troubleshooting as required.
- Assists in the development, scheduling, and administration of the preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Completes all required OSHA and company‑mandated safety training and promotes compliance with plant safety policies and procedures.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Demonstrated computer proficiency with software applications, such as, spreadsheets, word processors, power point, SAP and MP2.
Skills:
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have strong interpersonal skills and able to negotiate persuasively.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong analytical skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Must have proven experience in project management, driving issues to closure, and performing duties with a sense of urgency.

· The position regularly requires sitting and the use of hands and fingers to handle, manipulate, or feel objects.
· The position frequently requires standing, walking, reaching with hands and arms, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Close visual acuity is required to perform job‑related tasks.
· The employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicular traffic within the work environment.
