    • Provides leadership and management for the Global Site Support team comprised of engineers, analysts, and specialists placed globally supporting the Site.
    • Assists in developing roadmaps and initiatives that enable the Tenneco Site Support to support the business demands and provide reliable & cost effective infrastructure service.
    • Manages, motivates and helps develop the right mix of skills and resources within the team. Ensures appropriate staffing and structure to meet the business demands. Recruits appropriate talent as and when needed.
    • Facilitates continuous improvement of all services delivered by team. Demonstrates the benefits of these improvements to the organization.
    • Establishes frameworks that develop, engage and retain talented individuals.
    • Drives cross-functional collaboration with other Global IT and Infrastructure teams.
    • Manages the AOP planning, architecture, engineering and operations of the Global Site Support. Oversees Site Support projects and provides strategic and architectural guidance. Responsible for Refresh programs at the site.
    • Creates and maintains roadmaps that chart out the evolution and improvement of services managed by this leader.
    • Manages a large project and operational budgets including people, tools, hardware, software, maintenance and 3rd party services.
  • Oversees analysis and evaluation of staffing requirements to fulfill business requirements including identifying and developing strategic partnerships with key IT vendors and consulting organizations.
  • Assists in the establishment and measures KPIs relative health, reliability, capacity, value creation and customer satisfaction for all delivered services. Uses these metrics to drive and demonstrate continuous improvement.
  • Works with other IT tower leads and BRMs to understand the business objectives and directions to ensure the Tenneco network is capable of supporting the upcoming demands.
  • Works with IT Security to implement measures to secure the Tenneco IT services, assets and connectivity.
  • Develops continuous improvement processes and initiatives to ensure constant improvement of service delivery.
  • Manages relationship with 3rd party service providers to achieve the right mix of insourced and outsourced services that provide reliable and cost effective solutions to our customers.
  • Complies with all internal and external audits and regulations associated with Tenneco’s business and IT operations.
  • Other relative tasks as assigned.
