  • Establishes and manages the P&L, sales volume, revenue, and profit of the responsible product channels in a results-driven manner.
  • Drives sustainable, profitable growth and fulfills all business plan targets for Commercial Truck Off-Highway (CTOH) and Mechanical Vehicle in local country through individual execution and proactive efforts.
  • Develops channel strategies, formulates detailed sales plans, and leads the end-to-end implementation to ensure effective execution and target achievement.
  • Identifies the financial and business impacts of proposed product updates and portfolio activities, prioritizes these updates to align with the channel roadmap, and allocates funding across products based on this prioritization.
  • Maintains regular and proactive communication with selected key accounts to strengthen relationships, understand their needs, and drive long-term cooperation.
  • Maintains close communication and alignment with the marketing team regarding sales & product marketing strategies, as well as daily sales operational practices, to ensure synergy across teams.
  • Participates in the development of product/marketing strategies, attends trade shows, and engages in new product development processes to support market expansion and product competitiveness.
  • Monitors and controls the business development costs of the responsible product channels, and manages the long-term P&L to ensure financial sustainability and profitability.
  • Develops new customer resources and detailed project plans with clear timetables, and drives the execution of these plans to expand the customer base and market share.
