Position Summary

DRiV is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director, OneStream Administration, to lead the administration, optimization, governance, and ongoing evolution of the company's OneStream platform. This role will serve as the primary owner of the OneStream ecosystem, supporting financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, account reconciliations, and business performance management processes across the Aftermarket business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the OneStream platform.
  • Support financial consolidation, close, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Manage system configurations, metadata, workflows, security, and user access.
  • Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Accounting, Finance, and IT teams to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
  • Oversee integrations between OneStream and enterprise financial systems.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and governance standards.
  • Provide user support, training, and best-practice guidance across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial systems, or enterprise performance management (EPM).
  • 5+ years of hands-on OneStream administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience supporting global finance and accounting organizations.
  • CPA, CMA, OneStream certification, or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
