Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst, Commercial to support financial planning, performance analysis, and business decision-making for the US and Canada DRiV Aftermarket organization. This role is a key partner to the commercial and sales teams, focused on delivering actionable insights to drive profitable growth.

The ideal candidate has strong commercial finance experience, operates independently, and effectively communicates financial insights across cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for commercial activities.
  • Analyze revenue, margin, pricing, and mix by customer, product line, and channel.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, product, purchasing, supply chain, etc. to evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and customer profitability.
  • Prepare monthly performance reporting and variance analysis; highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Develop financial models and business cases to support commercial initiatives and growth decisions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations finance to ensure alignment of commercial and operational plans.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of commercial financial reporting.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 4 - 7 years of experience in commercial finance or financial analysis; manufacturing or aftermarket experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and Hyperion (HFM) experience preferred.
  • Professional-level English fluency with strong communication and business-partnering skills.

Compensation:The base pay for this position generally ranges between $90,000.00 to $115,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
