Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst, FP&A, to provide financial planning, analysis, and business support for the Americas Aftermarket commercial organization. This role partners closely with sales, marketing, and broader finance teams to deliver actionable insights that drive profitable growth.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid background in financial planning and reporting, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes for commercial activities.
- Deliver detailed profitability analysis by product line, customer, and distribution channel to support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and customer performance.
- Monitor and analyze revenue, margin, and operating performance metrics; identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare management reporting with clear insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations finance teams to ensure alignment of commercial and operational plans.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting related to commercial activities.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support business cases for new opportunities or investments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA, MBA) a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or commercial finance, ideally within manufacturing, automotive, or aftermarket industries.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to commercial strategies.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite, OneStream, HFM (Hyperion Financial Management), and SAP.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:The base pay for this position generally ranges between $90,000.00 to $115,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
