Position Charter – Supply Chain Analyst
This position will also be responsible for the integrity of Supply Chain Planning SAP Master Data. This position will execute daily, weekly, monthly Supply Chain Data Audits and KPIs as well. This position will also be responsible for gathering and interpreting a collection of company data to generate reports, and monitor performance to improve efficiencies and drive improvement efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily, weekly, monthly Master Data Audits and ad hoc reporting & analysis
- Identify, define, develop, and maintain Supply Chain Planning Master Data Audits.
- Define and measure KPI data reporting metrics on current and new initiatives and identify performance gaps based on these metrics.
- Ensure customer fill rate expectations are met while maintaining inventory levels & turns.
- Act as liaison between the Data Analytics Team and BU
- Support data analyses and key projects
- Assist with data mining, testing and measurement of supply chain analytics as needed.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. 1-5 years related experience. APICS certification a plus.
- Background in master scheduling, forecasting, procurement and planning a plus
- Knowledge of demand planning process. Experience using SAP/APO or SAP/SNP or other ERP statistical software packages a plus
- Excellent analytical skills – ability to identify issues, develop solutions, drive resolution from large data sets
- Understanding of data warehouse structures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Team building skills.
- Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications; strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with DRP/MRP functionality
- Knowledge of key inventory performance metrics, turns, margin contributions, etc.
- Excellent Organizational Skill Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Classical Training in Supply Chain Management
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, PowerBI
- Alteryx and Power Automate knowledge a plus
