PAY RANGE
The base pay for this Job Family generally ranges between $26 - $35/hr. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

SUMMARY
Prepare and allocate workload for the after-market. Monitor and follow-up at the Skokie DC for truckload and LTL pick-ups. Prepare, schedule, allocate, prioritize, and monitor workload for the DC express team. Prepare AutoZone parts needed list for the planning group. Assist in the administration of traffic inbound and outbound for the Skokie Plant.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions as defined by the ADA, except those that begin with the word ‘may”.)
- Prepare, schedule, allocate and prioritize workload for all DC After-market Teams.
- Coordinate workload to ensure proper flow for releasing and closing orders while maximizing order fill rates
- Monitor and follow-up with LTL and truckload pick-ups.
- Prepare, schedule, monitor and follow-up with retail customer pickups.
- Prepare the customer parts needed list for the planning group.
- Back up for Skokie Daily and FPD log daily reports.
- Release Amazon orders, update in the Amazon Portal, and finish activities to schedule pick-ups.
- Prepare, schedule, allocate and prioritize international and bulk special order types for DC Aftermarket operations.
- Back up managing of traffic for inbound and outbound product, for both internal and external customers for the Skokie Plant.
- Back up managing traffic for inbound and outbound product for the outside processing job.
- Back up maintaining the daily activity log for the house trucks for the Skokie Plant.
- Follows the Quality Management System requirements as outlined in the applicable QMS procedures and work instructions; and suggests ways for continual improvement
- Follows EHS rules and regulations and suggests ways for continual improvement
- Promptly reports quality problems, personal injuries and unsafe conditions
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of distribution process.
- Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and business correspondence. Ability to read and understand press cards, procedures, work instructions, safety rules and warning signs.
- Analytical abilities necessary to plan and prioritize work and maintain required records and logs.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to exchange information with variety of staff.
- Completed necessary Trade and Compliance courses for Export shipments.
- Knowledge customer shipping requirements.
- Knowledge of carriers and their shipping requirements, both foreign and domestic.
- Demonstrated skills in the operation of various computer programs including Lotus Notes, Excel, Word and NABS.
- Ability to perform required tasks with a high level of efficiency and accuracy using Order Management.
- Basic Math Skills.
