**Oversee daily warehouse activities** such as receiving, storing, and dispatching items. -
**Manage inventory levels** and ensure efficient order fulfillment. -
**Maintain warehouse safety** and ensure compliance with safety regulations. -
**Lead and train warehouse staff** to ensure high performance. -
**Monitor warehouse consumables** and inform management when supplies are low. -
**Implement and enforce operational policies** and procedures. -
**Collaborate with cross-functional teams** to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. -
**Conduct regular audits** to ensure inventory accuracy. -
**Address and resolve operational challenges** and employee concerns. -
**Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency. -
**Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)** to assess productivity and identify areas for improvement. -
**Maintain accurate inventory records** and conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy. -
**Ensure compliance with company strategic plans and vision**
Oversees and corordinates all aspects of the warehouse operations within a manufacturing enviroment. This includes managing inventory,supervising warehouse staff and efficiency,and optimiizng warehouse layout anf processes.They are responsible for the timely receipt, accurate inventory and enforcing saftey protocols. Assigning workloads and daily tasks to warehouse associates.Managing,motivating, and providing guidance to production team members, including training, hiring, and performance management. Ensure products meet quality standards amd implementing quality contorl measures. Identifying and resloving production issues troubleshooting equipment malfunctions,and collborating with other teams to implent solutions.

Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, ensure efficient order fulfillment, and maintain warehouse safety.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or related role.

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, and delegate.

Experience: Experience operating various PITs (cherry pickers, stand up and sit down forklifts), knowledge of bin location warehousing, and basic excel functions and formulas.

Environment: Warehouse setting, may require working in various weather conditions and requires physical activity.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Warehouse Manager.
