Job Summary
The Manager, EHS Systems & Digital Solutions, is the global business owner for EHS technology platforms, data, reporting, and digital solutions. This role partners with EHS, Operations, IT, HR, Legal, and external providers to ensure reliable, secure, and standardized systems that support compliance, risk management, user adoption, and business decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
Essential Responsibilities
- Own the global roadmap, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of EHS platforms, including Enablon, ENHESA, PureSafety, 3E, and future solutions.
- Manage configurations, workflows, access, releases, testing, integrations, system performance, and issue escalation in partnership with IT and vendors.
- Establish standards for EHS data quality, security, reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical system enhancements and digital solutions.
- Manage software vendors, licensing, contracts, budgets, project spend, and service performance.
- Oversee user support, documentation, training, administrator networks, and change-management activities to drive adoption.
- Ensure systems support regulatory compliance, audits, corrective actions, management reviews, and controlled EHS content.
- Identify automation and process-improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, consistency, and business value.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience
- Eight to ten years of experience managing enterprise software, EHS systems, or related business applications; equivalent EHS program and systems-administration experience considered.
- Experience administering SaaS solutions in a global manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading implementations, upgrades, integrations, UAT, support operations, and system optimization.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with EHS, business, IT, and external vendors.

Work Environment and Travel
- Flexible hybrid or remote work arrangement.
