Job Description - Executive Director, Commercial Vehicle & Off Highway Sales US/CAN

As Executive Director, Commercial Vehicle & Off Highway Sales US/CAN at our facility you will expand the Commercial Vehicle & Off Highway Sales in the United States and Canada. You will translate complex product features into customer centric value propositions tailored to the Commercial truck and off-highway market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive aggressive growth across U.S. and Canada for Commercial Vehicle & Off Highway sales.
  • Command an exceptional, enterprise-wide understanding of manufacturing processes, integrating deep technical expertise with broad operational insight.
  • Lead multiple product lines and functions, enabling them to lead transformative improvements, solve high-impact challenges, and influence strategic direction.
  • Lead and build trusting relationships with all major customers.
  • Work directly with customers, mastering the company’s internal market segmentation data demand forecasting tools and co-branded marketing programs.
  • Effectively direct the company’s internal resources to solve customers’ needs, wants and solutions for success in the market.
  • Oversee the company’s Customer Service and Sales Operations teams by communicating voice-of-customer opportunities for customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise all strategic sales activities, for U.S. and Canada, including all channels of distribution.
  • Develop key contacts across several strategic accounts, within the United States and Canada.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business disciplines or equivalent work experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Current Sales leader with a strong track record in driving outstanding results in the Automotive Industry
  • Deep understanding of aftermarket business and strategy
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the CTOH customer landscape, including industry trends, needs, and preferences.
  • Background in bumper-to-bumper strategy, including steering & suspension, ride control, braking, and exhaust
  • Ability to manage and lead a partially remote matrixed team.
  • Experience in Sales Leadership position for a multi- million-dollar business
  • High potential with the ability to develop further within the sales organization and/or possibility to develop into a regional GM position
  • Excellent business leadership skills
