We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related educational field to join our team as an Automotive Technical Curriculum Content Specialist. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in learning principles and technical education delivery, along with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
This position involves working with digital learning tools and platforms, which encompass Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning authoring software, and essential productivity software like Microsoft Office. Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is an advantageous asset.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- ASE Master Certification
- ASE L1-L3 Certification
Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related field.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of educational principles and instructional design methodologies.
- A deep passion for education and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning authoring tools.
- Basic understanding of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
