Job Summary:
The Senior Commercial Finance Manager is a strategic finance business partner supporting the DRiV Aftermarket business across the US and Canada. This role drives financial planning, profitability analysis, pricing strategy, and business performance management to support profitable growth and informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in commercial finance, experience in manufacturing or aftermarket industries, and fluency in professional-level English to effectively collaborate across regional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations leaders to drive business performance and profitability.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, monthly outlooks, and long-range planning processes.
- Analyze revenue, margins, customer profitability, product performance, and pricing effectiveness.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Evaluate pricing actions, customer programs, promotions, and investment opportunities.
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Plant Finance teams to align commercial and operational plans.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and adherence to company policies.
- Support business case development, capital investments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and support the development of finance team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or aftermarket industries preferred.
- Strong financial analysis, forecasting, pricing, and profitability management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP and Hyperion experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional-level English fluency required.
