The Travel & Expense (T&E) Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end administration, optimization, and governance of the T&E ecosystem across the United States and Canada. This role acts as the SAP Concur Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring accurate system configuration, strong internal controls, seamless integrations, and efficient service delivery within a shared services environment.
The position plays a critical role in driving standardization and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

•    SAP Concur Expense expert subject matter expert, overseeing system configuration, audit rules, workflows, and reporting
•    Manage system integrations, such as various ERP systems (SAP and QAD) and Success Factors, to support accurate reporting and reconciliation
•    Manage and monitor card integrations (Travel, lodge/CTA, Purchasing)
•    Understanding of accounting principles and monthly journal entries related to T&E
•    Establish organizational excellence through strong processes and controls
•    Maintain and enforce the company’s policies in alignment with internal controls and compliance requirements utilizing an audit tool
•    Support internal and external audit activities, ensuring proper documentation and control effectiveness
•    Proactively drive enhancements that increase automation and efficiency of T&E processes
•    Monitor, evaluate, and prioritize service requests for system changes
•    Support in troubleshooting and resolving system issues for Egencia Travel, Concur Expense, and Corporate Cards
•    Manage special projects or assignments as needed relating to Travel or Expense
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Purchasing, IT, Finance, or HR 
•    Develop and deliver standard and ad-hoc reports related to T&E activities

•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting
•    Minimum 3–5 years of experience in SAP Concur Expense administration
o    Intelligence-Reporting preferred
o    SAP Concur Certification a plus
•    Knowledge of Egencia Travel a plus
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    High attention to detail and organizational skills
•    Ability to work independently and make decisions
•    Experience working in a global environment with shared services and BPO
•    Advanced English proficiency is mandatory
•    Strong Excel skills for data analytics
•    Effective communication skills to all levels within the organization
